Returning items from Amazon just got even easier! Canadians can now conveniently take their unwanted Amazon orders to any Staples location.

Wait. It gets better. Amazon and Staples have announced that the retail location will accept label-free, box-free returns on eligible Amazon items. This means you no longer have to mend or search for usable shipping boxes!

Staples currently has 298 locations across the country, all of which are accepting returns.

“Amazon is built on customer obsession. We’re thrilled to offer a new, convenient return option for customers in Canada through this collaboration with Staples,” shared Gopal Pillai, Vice President, Worldwide Returns and ReCommerce at Amazon.

All you have to do is generate a QR code by visiting “Return or Replace Items” on Amazon. After following the prompts, a code will be generated for you to bring into the drop-off location in the original manufacturer’s packaging, where it will be packed and shipped at no extra cost.

“Our collaboration with Amazon underscores Staples Canada’s 30+ year history of serving Canadian communities by making everyday tasks easier and more convenient for our customers,” said Rachel Huckle, CEO, Staples Canada.

This unique partnership will mark more than 4,000 drop-off options for Amazon orders in Canada.
